Support note: Trezor identifies the Model One as a legacy model and currently lists maintenance through at least 2031, with critical security fixes through at least 2036.

US orders ship free with tracking and usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days from Daytona Beach, Florida. International rates are shown at checkout.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Opened devices cannot be resold for security reasons, so they are not returnable. Defective units are handled through the manufacturer warranty.
