Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Opened devices cannot be resold for security reasons, so they are not returnable. Defective units are handled through the manufacturer warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Does Ballet Cold Storage need a battery or charging?
No. It is a metal card, in stainless steel or 24K gold plated, with no electronics, battery or firmware. The deposit address is printed on the front, and the key parts stay sealed until you choose to reveal them.
How do I add crypto to the card?
Send coins to the deposit address printed on the front, or scan the card in the Ballet Crypto app and use the deposit address it shows for each coin. The app tracks your balance without unsealing anything.
How do I spend from it?
Peel the tamper evident sticker to reveal the encrypted private key and scratch off the passphrase, then use both in the Ballet Crypto app to move the funds. Once revealed, keep the card as safe as you would a seed phrase.
Should I choose the BTC or ETH version?
The logo shows the card's main coin, and the address printed on the front is for that coin. Every REAL Series card works with the Ballet Crypto app, which supports over 1,000 coins, tokens and NFTs. Always use the deposit address the app shows for the coin you are sending.
